We recently loaded a full 40HQ container at our Zhongshan factory for a lighting trading company in Guangzhou. This LED lighting shipment to Australia carries our LED downlights, 24W twin-head PIR sensor wall lights, garden spike lights and wall lamps. The customer also added power supplies and LED strips to the same container.
Loading containers is everyday work for our team, but we rarely show it. This order is a good example of how goods leave SFY. We make them on our own lines, check them before packing, mark every carton and load the container tight at our warehouse.
What we made for this order
- LED downlights, including 10W tri-colour (3CCT) dimmable models for the Australian market
- 24W twin-head PIR sensor wall lights for entrances, driveways and yards
- Garden spike lights for landscape lighting
- Wall lamps for indoor and outdoor walls
We assembled every product line in our own factory. Before packing, each batch went through our standard checks: an aging test, a power-on and function test, and an appearance and label check. You can see the full list in our 7 LED lighting quality checks before export.

Packed for the trip to Australia
A sea voyage to Australia takes weeks, and many hands move each carton on the way. That is why every carton leaves us with:
- Full shipping marks: model, quantity per carton, gross and net weight, and carton size. For the sensor wall lights, that is 12 pcs per carton, 9.8 kg gross, 7.2 kg net and 515 × 450 × 325 mm.
- A product label with a picture and the main specifications. We also print the customer’s own model numbers, so their warehouse can check the goods in quickly.
- Handling symbols for fragile goods, this way up and keep dry.

While the cartons wait in the warehouse, we keep them on pallets by product line. We stretch-wrap and strap each pallet, so nothing gets mixed up or damaged before loading day.

Loaded tight at our warehouse
On loading day, our team stacked the cartons by hand from floor to roof. Each product sits together in its own block. The goods cannot shift at sea, and the customer’s team can count them quickly when they open the container in Australia.
