CONSTRUCTION DETAILS
Built for Outdoor Use

Aim the 8–12 m detection zone at the path people actually walk.

Rear cooling fins keep the LEDs cool for long life.

Driver on board: no separate driver box to wire or replace.

Sealed housing and a breather cable gland stop moisture and fogging.

Tough, clear glass for high light output outdoors.

Mount on walls, the ground or poles and tilt to aim the light.
APPLICATIONS & PACKAGING
Plan the Complete Order
Application Scenarios
Entrances and porches, driveways and garages, yards and side passages, warehouse perimeters, car parks, stairways and security lighting around commercial and residential buildings.
Mount at 2–3 m and angle the sensor head so people walk across its view; this gives the longest and most reliable detection.
Packaging Information
Packing: unit box + export carton (quantities and carton sizes in the model table)

FAQ
PIR Sensor Floodlight FAQ
Why is it called a "Small Apple" or tablet floodlight?
In China this slim, flat floodlight with rounded corners and a full tempered-glass front is known as the 小苹果 (“Small Apple”, sometimes translated “Little Apple”) floodlight, or 苹果款投光灯 (“Apple-style floodlight”), because it looks like a tablet computer. Chinese exporters often list it in English as a “Small Apple floodlight”, while UK and Australian wholesalers call the same style a “tablet floodlight” (or “PIR tablet floodlight” with a motion sensor). Other common names are slim, ultra-slim and DOB driverless LED floodlight. These are trade nicknames only; the product is not affiliated with Apple Inc.
Can I use the sensor floodlight on 110–120V?
No. The SF-FL02 series is designed for AC165–265V (220–240V markets). Instead, for 110–120V markets choose the SF-FL01 Slim DOB LED Floodlight, which accepts AC85–265V.
How far does the PIR sensor detect?
8–12 m. However, the range depends on mounting height, ambient temperature and walking direction. For example, people walking across the sensor’s view are detected further away than people walking straight toward it.
Can the light work only at night?
Yes. Set the light (lux) level on the sensor so it only switches the lamp on when it is dark.
Can I change how long it stays on?
Yes. The time delay is adjustable on the sensor, as is the detection sensitivity.
PIR or microwave (radar) sensor?
This series uses PIR (passive infrared) sensing, which reacts to body heat and is less likely than a microwave sensor to be triggered through glass or thin walls. Read our guide: PIR vs Microwave Sensor Lights.
Which certificates do you have?
CE and SAA. Copies are available on request.
