The website provides general information about SFY Smart Lighting, manufacturing capabilities and product categories. It is not a retail checkout site and does not display binding public prices.
Product Information
Product photos, descriptions and typical options are provided for selection guidance. Specifications, compliance documents, packaging, availability, lead time and suitability must be confirmed for the exact model and order before purchase.
Inquiries and Quotations
Submitting a form or WhatsApp message does not create an order. A quotation, sample arrangement or discussion becomes binding only when the parties confirm the final specification, quantity, price, payment terms, delivery terms and order documents in writing.
OEM, ODM and Buyer Materials
Buyers are responsible for confirming that logos, artwork, trademarks and other materials they provide may be lawfully used. Custom development, tooling, samples, labeling and packaging are subject to written technical and commercial confirmation.
Warranty and Support
SFY currently supports a three-year warranty for the product range, subject to the confirmed model, order terms, installation conditions and warranty procedure. Exact remedies and exclusions must be stated in the applicable quotation or sales agreement.
Availability and Delivery
Sample preparation is typically about one week and bulk production is typically about one month, but timing varies by model, quantity, customization, component availability and confirmation progress. Final delivery dates are confirmed per order.
Intellectual Property and Site Use
Website text, branding, layout and company-owned media may not be copied for misleading, unlawful or competitive use. You may use the website only for legitimate business evaluation and communication.
